About us

At Arbor ABA, we believe every child grows best when nurtured in safety, compassion, and trust.

Our therapy approach is rooted in neurodiversity-affirming care, and we work alongside families to foster meaningful, sustainable growth — step by step, season by season.

Family Collaboration

At Arbor ABA, we provide family collaboration that empowers caregivers with real-life strategies, not just theory. These sessions focus on communication, co-regulation, and understanding behavior through a compassionate lens.

We believe that growth happens more readily when families feel supported, seen, and involved.

Our Space

We bring therapy to your child’s world — not the other way around. Whether we’re supporting learners at home or collaborating within their school setting, our goal is always the same: to build connection, trust, and meaningful growth in familiar environments.

We meet your child where they are — both literally and developmentally — so that every session feels safe, personal, and grounded in real life.

The Founder

Morgan Vick, M.A., BCBA, is the founder of Arbor ABA, a compassionate, client-centered ABA practice based in Texas. With a background in psychology and a deep commitment to child development, Morgan launched Arbor ABA to create a more responsive, relationship-focused model of care for families navigating behavior support services.

Morgan brings extensive experience in providing in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy, with a specialization in caregiver training and trauma-informed approaches. Her clinical style balances structure and warmth — always grounded in evidence-based practice and individualized treatment planning. As both a clinician and a community advocate, she is passionate about equity, informed consent, and ethical transparency in the ABA field.

Arbor ABA was founded with a clear mission: to center the dignity, safety, and joy of each child while equipping families with the tools to grow alongside them. With a vision to eventually integrate education, behavior, and holistic child development, Morgan is building Arbor ABA as both a service and a sanctuary.
